Returns and Refund Policy

If you wish to return an item, PRANVERA will refund your item in accordance with our refund policy. A request for refund must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items returned must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and damage free. All original tags must be intact and not damaged or missing. Pranvera will not accept any item for return if these conditions have not been met.

If you would like to return an item contact us at sales@PRANVERA.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

PRANVERA will provide you with a returns number that should be used on any and all correspondence. A returns address will also be provided to you.

The costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer, including freight, duties and taxes.

Items purchased in Australia must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

Items purchased internationally must be returned within 21 days of receiving the order. 

Please read these conditions carefully as failure to meet these requirements will result in items not being accepted as returns. 

We recommend you arrange for a courier to send your item back. We would recommend a tracked and registered postal service to ensure the package is safely returned to PRANVERA. We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to arrange for a reputable courier to send your item back to PRANVERA.

Once received, we will inspect the item for saleability and confirm the acceptance of your returned item. If we find the item has been worn, smells, tags are missing or damaged or the item is deemed unfit for sale, we will return the garment to you at your cost. A refund will not be issued. If the item is deemed fit for sales, we will accept your item as ‘returned’.

We will notify you that your item has been accepted as returned and will process your refund within the next 1-2 business days.
