Australian domestic orders:
PRANVERA offer free standard shipping for all orders to be shipped in Australia. When an order is received by PRANVERA, we will dispatch within 1- 10 business days. If there is a delay in dispatch, we will contact you to advise of the expected delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We do not offer an ‘authority to leave’ option. All parcels must be signed for. We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
Delivery times are subject to the service providers and beyond the control of PRANVERA.
International orders:
PRANVERA offer international delivery with DHL. All orders and refunds are made in AUD (Australian dollars).
International delivery is complimentary though delivery times are subject to the service providers and customs regulations in the relevant country and beyond the control of PRANVERA.
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your delivery.
International orders are shipped DDU (delivery duty unpaid) so you are responsible for paying any duties and taxes as applicable to your order. We are unable to provide an estimate for the amount of duties and taxes incurred by your order. We recommend you contact your customs office in your country for more information regarding duties or taxes applicable before placing your order to fully understand any additional charges you may incur. PRANVERA will not be held responsible for parcels that remain in customs due to your refusal to pay duties or taxes. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes requested, the responsibility lies with you to arrange for it to be returned in order to receive a refund.
Packaging:
PRANVERA uses only biodegradable shipping packaging. The box, internal tissue paper, twine and adhesive tape are all biodegradable. The shipping labels that are applied by PRANVERA are also biodegradable. Unfortunately, at this time, this excludes any shipping labels applied by the shipping company after the parcel leaves our premise.
